For over 20 years, Neil Bell has been addicted to the billboard business. It all started in 2001 after graduating from Auburn University when he landed his first job as an account executive with Lamar Advertising of Tallahassee. From there, he was hooked.

Two years later, he co-founded Summit Outdoor Advertising, developing outdoor displays in the panhandle of Florida. He has since gone on to develop three other Southeast outdoor companies - Bell Media, Rose City Outdoor and New South Outdoor, as well as work as a consultant for Watchfire Signs. He currently owns New South Outdoor which operates traditional and digital displays in northern Alabama and
southern Tennessee. Neil Bell currently calls Chattanooga, TN home, where he lives with his lovely wife Amber and daughter Eliza. He embraces a daily approach to life and strives to savor every moment.
