Kevin McLaughlin is the CMO of the Consumer Group at T-Mobile, having been in the role since 2021 when he rejoined the company after a 4-year hiatus. The highlights of his 11-year career at T-Mobile include being one of the architects behind the Un-carrier strategy which continues to power the brand today and being part of the leadership team behind the successful MetroPCS integration that grew the brand from a regional prepaid wireless provider to the largest and most valuable prepaid brand in the US.

He also led marketing at Uber for North America during the IPO phase and led Customer Marketing at Nordstrom. Kevin started his career in consumer package goods with global roles at Diageo.
